I truly believe that in order to live a healthy life you need to have a balance of the right ingredients: great nutrition to keep our organs and body functioning to the best of its ability, a strong and healthy body to keep our organs safe and well, and a well-versed mind that can deal with the trial and trepidations of everyday life. It’s a bit like making a cake, if you skip an ingredient it just doesn’t taste right.
I have been working on these three areas with my clients for the last 5 years with some amazing results. The mind and what we fuel our bodies with are more important and sustainable (in my opinion) than 3 gym sessions a week. Don’t get me wrong, I am in no way saying that you shouldn’t exercise. What I am saying is that if you can conquer your mind and your nutrition 1st you will find it easier to add in and stick to a regular exercise program.

It is well known that “most” people will not stick to a new routine without motivation and support, and that’s why I am so passionate about this group and want to provide the ingredients for a healthy life to thousands of people around the world.
So what’s my background and how did I end up here……I started my first corporate job when I was 16, and that’s where I fell in love with fitness. I was a regular face in the staff gym and corporate aerobics that was held in the canteen afterwork.
Fast forward 20 years, that same company went into administration. I was on maternity leave and found myself with a 7 week old baby, no job to go back to, no money and feeling very lost. I had given my entire working years to that same company and I panicked. I had planned on taking my full year of maternity to get to know my son and learn the ropes of parenthood, but now I wasn’t sure if I would be able to do that. I could feel myself going further and further down a slippery path; I had no energy, I lost my confidence, I felt depressed and I just didn’t know who I was anymore.
One morning as my husband was heading out the door to catch the 6am train to London I realised that I didn’t have any money for the day’s activities, and I had to ask for some. Now don’t get me wrong, we are a one pot house, but I hadn’t been contributing to that pot for over 7 months and I didn’t like it, I felt like I had lost my independence. It was time to do something! I had to stop feeling sorry for myself, get off my backside and create whatever it was I needed to do to get ME back on track. So, I joined a local Bootcamp and that’s really where the next chapter of my life started.
I made some amazing friends, lost my baby weight and had more energy, my mind was clear and I felt fabulous.
I decided to take my passion for fitness to the next level. I got my fitness qualifications in 2010 and Nutritional Therapist in 2015, and set out to help support other women like me, re-create themselves through gaining an understanding of 3 key elements:
10 years later here I am helping 100’s of women get their lives back on track using a number of programs that will help you become clear on your health and wellness goals, by guiding you through the best programs that give you all the ingredients you need, for a healthy life.
